*SHIPPING
We primarily use USPS to ship all of our orders. All orders will include a tracking # as long as an email is provided. Orders can take 3-7 business days to ship via USPS within the United States, and 10-14 business days International.

*PROCESSING/FULFILLMENT
All our orders are made-to-order, which means we make them as we receive the order. Our current processing time is 7-14 business days from the moment we receive the order. If processing days are longer than the expected due to holidays or busier than expected launches, we will have the updated processing times on our home page. Any other unexpected updates will be made on Instagram @depletedcollective
*FREE SHIPPING
All US based orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping. This is not currently available to our International customers.
*RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Depleted Collective does not do any returns for any reason. However, if there is a defect to a product you received from us, we will do a full exchange of the same product as long as it is in stock. If you have discovered your product has a manufacturer defect, please email us at support@depletedcollective.com
*DESIGNS
All of our designs found on our product are exclusive to Depleted Collective. Our artists work hard to produce the quality of art specific for our business to use. Please do not take our artists' designs for your own use. If you see our designs used anywhere else other than with us, please let us know immediately.
